The culture of Senter, Stephenson, Johnson PA encourages volunteerism and community involvement. Staff members are involved in charitable and pro bono activities that span an array of service areas. These include family advocacy, legal services, support groups, non-profits, faith-based projects, civic activities, public school and community blood drive.

Linda Johnson is a founding member of the Wake County Attorney Breast Cancer group. She is a volunteer with Pro Bono Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association working on the Wake County Hospice Project (1998-present) and Wills for Heroes program (2008).

Linda is a Member of the Board and Past Chair of the Fuquay-Varina Downtown Revitalization Association (for which she occasionally appears as the Spring Chicken - see left photo); She is currently serving on the Fuquay-Varina Board of Adjustments and has served on the Fuquay-Varina Planning and Zoning Board.

She helped form and is a member of "Sisters of Hope" Breast Cancer Dinner Club, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina (2004-present); She helped form and actively works "Angel Food Ministries", Wake Chapel Church (2005-2011); Member of the Komen Foundation, Triangle Chapter, Finance Committee; Grant Reviewer for the Komen Foundation, Triangle Chapter; Member of the Board of Directors of Fuquay-Varina High School Theater Patrons (2009-present); Awana leader at Wake Chapel Church. She actively participants in the "Linus Foundation" program.

Murney helped organize the first blood drive sponsored by Senter, Stephenson, Johnson PA and F-V Downtown

E. Murney Rinholm is President of Chromosome 22 Central, Inc., a non-profit corporation for the benefit of children with Chromosome 22 disorders.

Murney also organized a Red Cross blood drive, co-sponsored by Fuquay-Varina Downtown. This event brought out new donors and new volunteers and is planned to become an annual event.

Evelyn Hawthorne has volunteered time with a number of non-profit and church-related organizations.
