Estate Administration

We assist in the administration of the Decedent's estate and serve as court appointed Administrator for Wake County. We prepare all necessary probate documents, including Application, 90 Day Inventory, Annual and Final Accounting. We also complete tax related work associated with the Decedent's income tax and estate tax.

Elder Law

We assist with Elder Law issues, such as Medicaid Planning and VA Planning, Long Term Care Planning, and other concerns facing today's seniors. Our office provides assistance both to individuals themselves and their families.

Guardianship

We assist with representation at Special Proceedings for the appointment of Guardian of the Estate and Guardian of the Person. Our office provides ongoing assistance throughout the term of the Guardianship, specifically filing Inventory, Annual and Final Accountings.

Linda F. Johnson is one of five Wake County attorneys who is called upon to serve as Guardian of the Estate when there is no suitable friend or family member willing or qualified to act in that role.
